BMWs are no more sexy than the 1973 3.0 CS

Sundar Bimara left the factory painted in Sahara Beige but in 2013 the current Deep Sea Metallic was re-sprayed, which perfectly complements the shape of the car. Various other touches have been made to refresh the exterior, including the removal of the side mirrors and the application of ceramic paint to the windows.

The interior is as beautiful as the exterior. An immediate impression is the beige leather trim seat with matching door panels, brown loop carpet and a black dashboard. The front seats and carpets were replaced in 2013, and the door panels and wooden dashboards were renovated in 2015. Also included are a Sony AM / FM CD stereo running alpine speaker and a wooden rimmed Nardi three-spoke steering wheel.

The power comes courtesy of a 3.5-liter M30 inline-six that was installed in the 1990s and converted to fuel injection in 2007. The engine is mated to a full five-speed manual transmission with a small shifter.

The car has driven a total of 94,000 miles (~ 151,000 km) but it looks like it has engine mileage, not chassis. Nevertheless, it goes without saying that BMW no longer makes such vehicles and we fully expect that it will generate quite a bit of interest.
