If General Motors builds a sporty Denali crossover for 2030, this is what it might look like.
This dazzling concept was created by GM exterior designer Jack Parkinson and is a very futuristic twist on the Denali nameplate. It’s so futuristic that it doesn’t have much in common with GMC’s current Denali-based pickups and SUVs. That’s not a bad thing at all.
Immediately separating the front edge of the truck is a bold mistake grill with an intricate pattern. Sharp LED headlights wrapped around both sides of the grille. The front of the Denali has a large GMC badge and an attractive bumper

Elsewhere, Parkinson designed the crossover with a square-closed front wheel arch and an embellished hood with dramatic creases and curves. Given that this is an idea and does not need to be practical, the traditional wing mirror is replaced by a narrow windshield and a very low slang roof with rear camera. Although not rendered with the Denali painted door, it will probably look best as a two-door crossover-coupe.
Of course, it is highly unlikely that there will ever be a Denali model that even faintly resembles it, but if such a car becomes a reality, you will certainly not hear any complaints from us.
