Meet the MegaBronch, a Ford F-250 with three rows and a Bronco face

MegaRexx Trucks unveiled its vision for a super-sized Bronco today. Or sort. This is actually a Ford F-250 which was once the third row in bed and a signed broncho face transplant, so this name has been extensively modified to feature.

The truck serves as proof that badge engineering is harder than you might think, even the Megabrunk is a huge SUV (sort of utility vehicle) for those who saw the Bronco and were disappointed by its punishment.

To build it, MegRexx trucks have started with a 2021 Ford F-250 Super Duty Crew Cab Lariat, so it will have at least some luxurious accounts. The truck features a factory 10-speed torque shift automatic transmission, FX4 off-road package, blind-spot monitoring, panoramic dual moonroof, heated and cool seats, a heated steering wheel and ebony black greyhound.

These seats are exactly repeated in the second row, giving bucket seats to the rear passengers. If you have a lot of people to carry, there is a third row. It’s a bench seat, but the upholstery matches the front seat and its power-folding.

The third-row passengers, though, seem to have a compassionate upholstery underneath the truck bed cap. Basically the ones that sat on the bed, they do at least carpeting and Megarex Tracks says the cap is removable, so they can feel the air through their hair. There is also a (quite large) steel safety cage to protect passengers whether the fiberglass cap is on or not.

Powered by a 6.7-liter power stroke V8 turbo diesel engine, the MegaBronc gets 475 hp (335 kW / 456 PS) and 1,050 lb-ft (1,424 Nm) of torque. The power is sent by a satin black 20 × 12-inch MR605 method race wheel wrapped in 40 × 14.5 Atturo mud-terrain tires. For larger wheels it also gets Dana 60 front and rear axles and it moves in 4:56 gears.

The front and rear fenders, meanwhile, are bolted and bolted in place, making the truck eight inches wider than the stock, so keep that in mind when considering garage space.

“If you like the look of the Bronco, you have to carry heavy loads or carry around 6 friends or family, then we’ve got you covered,” said Aaron Richardett, owner of Magarex. “This truck has more space, more power and most importantly … one more statement!”
