By now, everyone is aware of the Singer Vehicle design, the prestigious Porsche Restomoder, but they are far from the only name in the business. Another company, Paul Stephens, offers Singer the same kind of product that is much easier on the wallet, and they have been doing it for a long time.
While a Porsche Singer could cost more than $ 1 million, more than likely, some of these Paul Stephens ClubSport 320s sold for only ₤ 161,600 ($ 202,541) in collection cars. Even the Le Mans Clubsport Classic out of 10 built by them cost about £ 250,000 ($ 313,716) to sell. We understand that it is not cheap yet, but it is a fraction of the price of a singer.

That being said, the fact that it comes with a cheap price tag does not mean that you are getting a low quality car. From a fully redesigned 3.6-liter flat-six with a 316 hp (320 PS / 235 kW) rear-wheel drive via a five-speed manual transmission, the ClubSport 320 offers similar comparable performance to many Singer models. Enjoyable analog driving experience that any buyer of a restored 911 desires.
Along with things like de-seamed ceilings, teardrop race-style mirrors and color-matched engine fans, there is a similar focus on detail that serves as evidence of Paul Stephens’ craftsmanship. There are also details such as redesigned seats with tartan centers, a full leather dashboard and redesigned headliners to provide the same level of classroom inside.
These are all iceberg tip tips for changing Porsche’s laundry list, and you can watch the video below to hear a complete rounddown of what has been done to make this car so special.
