A 992 Porsche 911 GT3 modified by Manthey Racing laps the Nurburgring Nordschleife at 6: 55.737, or 4.19 seconds faster than the standard GT3.
Like other packages sold by Manthey, the GT3’s upgrades focus on improving aerodynamics, brakes and suspension rather than working on the engine for extra power. In fact, the 4.0-liter contains naturally ambitious flat-six stock, which means it continues to pump 502 hp and 346 pound-feet (469 Nm) of torque and still returns up to 9,000 rpm.

Manthey’s aerodynamic upgrades begin with a new front splitter, Canardes on the front bumper, a redesigned carbon fiber rear wing and an optimized diffuser. The car is available with a set of Manthey’s OM-1 wheels complete with aerodisk at the rear.
Elsewhere, the sports car is equipped with a four-way adjustable coilover made by Manthei. It also has braided brake lines and new brake pads that are more suitable for tracking usage than standard car items.
This clip of Manthey’s 911 GT3 in Nurburgring’s lapping shows Porsche taking some of the most famous angles of the circuit to breathtaking speeds, as well as running many sloping places politely. Even the infamous carousel section of the track does not slow down the GT3, and the promising driver travels through it at speeds of up to 100 km / h (62 mph).
Manthey’s upgrade package for the 911 GT3 is further enhanced by the fact that it does not affect the warranty on the original Porsche. The kit isn’t cheap, though, at 37,911 euros (বর্তমান 40,376 at current exchange rates).
